My experiences in Webscripting & Javascript..
So far, I have learned a lot from webscripting and javascripting. From the basic html codes, to the hardest method of codes in Javascript.
I started learning the basic html codes when I was still in the 5th grade. At first, I was amazed of what it did to my web page, I got ignorant on the font styles, font colors & the like. I was still learning the basics during that time. Since I was interested with codes already, I tried doing inputting some codes into my Tumblr account. Tumblr is a social networking site, but it helps you deal with HTML codes. When I got used to my Tumblr blogsite, I also got quite used to the html codes like the marquee & stuff.
During the first quarter, I got a bit excited because we were going to learn all about CSS because I know a lot already. We had a project by group, we were told to make our own webpage using html codes & css. It was okay, but the bad thing was: it's articulated with MATH. It was a bit hard dealing with all the codes, plus with a lot of equations & numbers. It was a bit hard.
When we moved to second quarter, knowing that we had to learn Javascript. I got a bit scared because I've never done Javascript before & I have no experiences with it. Good thing is, now I already do. Javascript was like math, only a bit harder, I think. Javascript had different kinds of operations, like the arithmetic & the like, which was like Math. I got good grades in this lesson, phew! Our second quarter project was to make an interactive website, and is also again articulated with Math. So we have to put html codes, css, Javascript & again, math. This was a lot harder. But thanks to our lessons, I got better in TLE, Html codes & Javascript. These lessons weren't a regret, it was a great opportunity.
